Judee explains how the internet can help speed up the process
of home searches

We were lucky enough to recently interview one of the top Sarasota realtors,
Judee Taylor, www.JudeeTaylor.com and how she has used the internet to
increase her overall visibility.
Judee has worked as a realtor for the past four years in the western Florida
area of Sarasota. In 2000, Sarasota was chosen by Money Magazine as the
'Best Small City in America'. Since 2000, there have been numerous other
articles about why Sarasota Florida is a great place to live. See CNN's article
on why Sarasota is a top choice for retirees.
Judee explained to us how many of her customers are people looking to retire within the next
few years. There has been much written about the baby boomers retiring to Florida. Judee has
seen it first hand. The prices in the Sarasota area are still rising. So these baby boomers from
places such as Boston, New York, Washington DC are finding her through searches on the
internet. After the initial contact, Judee generally starts out the process by emailing potential
clients the area MLS listings. Many of these clients, based on this information, will fly down
to see the area and potential properties.
Judee explains, "By the time they actually arrive, having only three days to find a place, just
the 'right place', will suddenly come on the market. It's amazing! I tell my clients, as soon as
they have a clear idea of what they want, just the right house at the right place will appear."
If you are looking to move to the Sarasota area, Fig3.com recommends contacting Judee Taylor.
With her vast experience, 8.2 million in sales so far for 2005, she knows the area, and can
competently advise you in your home search.
